Hello fellow
crafters. Today is Friday; it has been a long week even though the week has
been short because of the holiday.
Today Nicole
and I are having a “Strategic Planning” work day. We’re both sitting down in
our workspace and are building our business and organizing. We have looked at
our products, website, Etsy, and are planning things for the future so that our
business can expand a little and grow! It is very exciting and a little
overwhelming. I think it is a good thing to have a day like this where we can
organize because sometimes you get caught up in making products that you forget
how to sell them.
We are
looking into buying supplies in wholesale, how to use social media effectively,
ways to upgrade our website/Etsy shop, and new products to sell.
Something
else that’s really cool that we found out about is the NSS (National Stationary
Show) that they hold once a year in New York. It would be awesome if we could
one day attend and show off our cards or just to get inspired by other people’s
paper creations.
