Flower Meanings and Messages

Spring is in the air. The days are longer and the sun is shining; there are flowers blooming all around us. I went for a walk the other day and as I was looking at these Spring flowers, I thought of a short story that I have read before from 365 day story book. The girl in the story wrote a flower “letter” to her mom by making a bouquet out of flowers. She had read in a magazine that most flowers have special meanings so you can create a bouquet for someone that tells them how you feel about them. So I thought it would be neat to find out some meanings for flowers this week which might inspire you to make a flower bouquet for Easter, Mother’s Day, or just because (be sure to include the flower meaning in a written guide so that the person receiving it will know what message that you’re giving to them). I’m sticking to the happy and good meanings; some of them can be not so nice and probably something that you would not want to stick in a happy loving bouquet.
